Bee & Rose is more than a space — it is a community built around connection, creativity, learning, and shared experiences.

At the heart of that community are a small number of individuals who bring their knowledge, creativity, traditions, and experience into the programs we offer.

Community Curators

Our Community Curators are specially selected individuals who take an ongoing role in developing and guiding experiences at Bee & Rose.

This is more than teaching a class or hosting an event. Each Community Curator helps nurture a specific area of our programming, bringing their own knowledge, personality, and perspective to the Bee & Rose community.

Janet — High Priestess Jasenya

Ritual, Herbalism & Sacred Gatherings Curator

High Priestess of Dragon’s Blood Coven

I’m Janet, also known as High Priestess Jasenya of Dragon’s Blood Coven. I am a Pagan practitioner and educator devoted to sharing knowledge of magic through ritual, spell crafting, herbalism, and community practice.

Born into a family of spiritual practitioners, spirituality and magic have always been part of my life. After officially coming out of the broom closet in 2020, I created Spellbound Brews, a mobile apothecary blending the medicinal and magical traditions of herbs with intention, manifestation, and healing.

Around that same time, I formed Dragon’s Blood Coven. While our members primarily maintain their individual practices, we come together to celebrate the Sabbats and lunar cycles and to perform cleansing rituals at Fang Club events.

My approach to magic is rooted in connection and individuality. I believe that making a spell your own — incorporating your personality, intuition, and personal practice — strengthens your connection to the magic itself.

As Bee & Rose’s Ritual & Sacred Gatherings Curator, I look forward to creating meaningful rituals, lunar gatherings, seasonal celebrations, and educational experiences where people can learn, explore, and deepen their own practices.

Magic should feel accessible, personal, and user-friendly — and it is my goal to help make it so.

Ana “Spookz”

Art & Creative Experiences Curator

Merry Meet! My name is Ana, but you can call me Spookz (witch name still being work-shopped!).

I’m a full-time artist and have been a professional tattoo artist since 2021. My creative practice is deeply connected to my love of Tarot, herbalism, sustainable living, and finding ways to weave those interests into both my everyday life and my art.

Creativity has always been part of my world. I come from an artistic family — my mom is a watercolor painter and my dad works in the film industry. Watercolor was my first medium, but over the years my practice has grown to include acrylics, oils, gouache, colored pencils, graphite, and more. In tattooing, I specialize in an illustrative style, but outside of tattooing, I’m always exploring.

You’ll often find me picking up a new creative obsession — sculpting, fabrication, sewing, fiber arts, or whatever catches my curiosity next!

As Bee & Rose’s Art & Creative Experiences Curator, I’m excited to share the knowledge I’ve gained over the years, create spaces where people feel comfortable exploring their own creativity, and learn new things through the connections we make along the way.

Bee & Rose is honored to welcome instructors, authors, artists, practitioners, and other knowledgeable voices who bring their work and experience into our community.

Some join us for a single special gathering, while others return throughout the year to teach workshops, lead conversations, share their books and creative work, or collaborate on unique experiences.

These individuals help us expand what Bee & Rose can offer while connecting our community with people, practices, and perspectives from both near and far.

Opal Luna

Author • Fiber Magickian • Instructor

Opal Luna is a Crone, Priestess of Minerva, Fiber Magickian, and author of Fiber Magick: A Witch’s Guide to Spellcasting with Crochet, Knotwork, and Weaving.

Her practice blends traditional fiber arts with magick, spirituality, and Craftivism—the use of creative work as a form of gentle resistance, awareness, and positive change.

Opal also serves on the board of The Grove SFL, a Pagan congregation in Southeast Florida, where she leads rites of passage, facilitates discussions, and performs community rituals.

Through her teaching and writing, Opal invites others to discover how creativity, intention, and fiber can be woven together into meaningful magickal practice.

Share Your Magic With Bee & Rose

Bee & Rose also welcomes visiting teachers, artists, authors, practitioners, and other creatives who have knowledge, skills, or experiences they would like to share with our community.

You do not need to be a Community Curator to teach or host an experience at Bee & Rose. Community Curator is a select, ongoing role within our space, while guest teachers and collaborators may join us for individual classes, workshops, talks, circles, and special events.
